Warranty and Training

All Adventure Robotics' products come with a one year warranty that covers routine maintenance, parts, labor, and service calls. In addition we offer an initial comprehensive training course to enusure your staff are able to operate the robotic equipment proficiently. We are also available via phone or email to answer any support questions that may arise, and we can perform additional onsite visits if necessary for follow-up training.

Annual Support Agreements

After the first year warranty period, we offer you a choice of Annual Support Agreements that provide full product coverage and include periodic maintenance calls at your facility from our qualified service technicians. Our Support Agreements cover parts, labor, service, and preventive maintenance visits. If you decide not to purchase a Support Agreement, we offer an hourly support fee plus the cost of materials and parts.
